Blessing of the Animals

Each year churches around the world celebrate St. Francis of Assisi Day by holding a service where animals are blessed. This recognizes St. Francis’ great love of animals and all of creation. This year we will be hosting a service in the back parking lot of our church (All Saints Lutheran Anglican Church) at 210 Silvercreek Pkwy. We are inviting members of our congregation and the community to bring their pets at 1:30 to receive a blessing. After the short service there will be treats for pets and their humans to enjoy. If the weather is inclement that day, we will hold the service in the fellowship hall which can be accessed from the back parking lot.
