Guelph Bug Day

Did you miss out on a buggin’ good time last year? Have no fear! Guelph Bug Day has returned, both bigger and smaller than ever before!

Guelph Bug Day is a fun, free, educational event for community members of all ages. Our goal is to cultivate a fascination for the very cool, very small world of insects! Come get up close and personal with our live specimens, take one (or two, or three!) guided bug-catching hikes in the expansive and beautiful grounds at the University of Guelph Arboretum, try tasty insect cuisine, put your imagination to the test with insect drawing contests, and explore the variety of buggy vendors that Guelph has to offer. Rain or shine, put on your adventure hat and come join us for this free family event. We look forward to exploring the wonderful world of bugs together!

Limited parking is available at the Arboretum Centre – parking is also available off of East Ring Road (it is a short walk through the Arboretum from here).
