Session #3: Beer & Cheese PLUS

March 15: 6-8pm (Earlybird), 9-11pm (Nighthawk)

Beer and cheese are a match made in heaven, we all know that by now! Let’s expand our knowledge of fermented foods by travelling back in time to the days of the traditional farmhouse kitchen. We will explore all things fermented (cheeses, sourdough, and veggies) paired with unique Ontario craft brews.
