CITY OF GUELPH – city-of-guelph-market-report_june-2023
The City of Guelph real estate market continues to be a seller’s market this month, as a lack of inventory further pushes the market while keeping both unit sales and sales volumes low. Despite this, monthly sales volume and unit sales, as well as median and average sale prices were higher than they were in June of last year.
GUELPH-ERAMOSA – guelph_eramosa-market-report_june-2023
The real estate market in Guelph/Eramosa remains a balanced market this month due to the fluctuation in inventory. We are
finally seeing a rise in average and median sale prices after a few months of consistent decline. It is important to note that this market is smaller, and more prone of erratic change.
CENTRE-WELLINGTON – centre-wellington-market-report_june-2023
Centre Wellington remains a seller’s market this month as the lack of inventory continues to push the market upwards, while holding back unit sales and sales volume. The average and median sale prices have also been pushed as a result, but have yet to reach where they were this time last year.
PUSLINCH – puslinch-market-report_june-2023
The Puslinch real estate market remains a balanced market in June, while seeing a rise in both unit sales and sale volume this month. The average and median sale prices have again dropped below where they were last year due to the volatility of this market. It is
good to keep in mind that since this market is smaller, it is more prone to erratic change.
WELLINGTON COUNTY (Overall) – wellington-county-market-report_june-2023
Wellington County real estate remains a seller’s market this month as a lack of inventory continues to push the market forward. The lower number of new listings is also holding back both unit sales and sales volume, though both of these numbers are beginning to rise above where they were this time last year.
HALTON HILLS – halton-hills-market-report_june-2023
The Real Estate market in Halton Hills remains balanced this month, while we see new listings dip below what they were in June of last year. Monthly average median sale prices have declined a bit compared to last month, but are still both higher than they were this time last year.
