Royal LePage Royal City’s Annual Garage Sale

This coming May 10th will mark our 5th annual participation in the Royal LePage National Garage Sale where all proceeds go towards Women’s Shelters.

Every dollar raised here in Guelph, will stay here in Guelph. Since 1998, the Shelter Foundation has raised more than $16 million and currently supports 200 local women’s shelters and national partners, with the support of generous Royal LePage agents, brokers and staff, our sponsors, and community members like you.

Won’t you please take a moment to “save the date” in your calendar. We will start at 7 am sharp and go until noon. Not only is this a great day to come out, pick up some new “treasures”, meet some great people and support a very worthwhile cause, but it’s also a great opportunity to De-Clutter For A Cause. You can use this as an opportunity to thin out some of those extra treasures you have around your home, cottage or office that you’ve been meaning to get rid of.

We have 3 separate & convenient days and times that you can drop off your items for our sale. Pop by our office at 25 Waterloo Ave on:

Wednesday April 16th , 5-7pm
Saturday May 3rd, 10am-1pm
Wednesday May 7th, 5-7pm

 

Or, if you just can’t make it out to drop off your items, let me know (in plenty of time please) and I will arrange to pop by personally and pick up your donations.

Additionally, if you have any large items such as “hard” furniture (no “soft” furniture please such as couches, lazy boys, etc) that you can’t easily move, we will arrange to have a truck/trailer come by to pick it up for a small fee of $10. For this service, please contact Stephanie Riley at our Speedvale office at 519-821-6191 who will coordinate the pickup with you. 

(Please note that we cannot accept upholstered furniture, bedding, text books, VHS tapes, electonics, adult clothing, child car seats, computer desks or computers, or large appliances. Thanks for understanding.)
