Gia Lucchetta has been helping people buy and sell homes in Guelph, Rockwood, Fergus, Elora, and surrounding areas since 1988.

Born and raised in Guelph, she attended the University of Western Ontario for a degree in Geography/Urban Planning, returning as an actively-involved resident of Guelph, including roles as Past President and 20 year Board member of Wyndham House, Past Member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Foundation and Past President of the Guelph & District Association of Realtors. As a result of her community involvement, Gia has been twice nominated for the YMCA Women of Distinction Award in the category of Voluntary Community Service.

From serving as Past President and a 20-year Board member of Wyndham House to contributing as a Past Member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Foundation, and served two terms as President of the Guelph Real Estate Association. Community involvement is at the heart of who I am.
